Janet has developed an impressive list of services that she can help with or direct for those who are right-sizing and planning, and for those who are helping a loved one transition. These include:
  • Assisting with de-cluttering and/or reducing the amount of furniture and accessories
  • Finding resources for installing ADA mobility aids
  • Making repairs or adjustments for improved safety in and around the home.
  • For those who have lost a family member and have and been left with the responsibility of selling the home, she can take on the burden of readying the home for the market.
  • Taking homes, regardless of condition, to market and sell.
  • Partnering with an "estate sale" company to hold an estate sale of the contents and having the remainder of the items removed from the home. If desired, she has charity resources that are in need of household goods if a speedy home sale is necessary.
  • Partnering with landscapers, contractors, septic pump/repair companies as needed.
  • Pricing the property to sell - and educate all as to what that means for each particular situation.
  • Collaborating with all parties including attorneys, Personal Representatives, Powers of Attorney, Executors, and Trustees as needed
