As an experienced senior advocate, Janet not only developed a special skillset to help those transitioning from a long- term home and downsizing, she also saw a need to really help those who need additional services that extend far beyond what a typical real estate agents’ scope of work should include. Having a WA State general contractor’s license allows Janet to help at her maximum capacity, disposing of household goods, addressing repairs and maintenance, and generally getting the home ready to put on the market.
