I am a state licensed contractor and Realtor®, and as such I am in a unique position that allows me to assist in readying an estate home for market regardless of condition and contents.

Evaluating the condition of the property for any repairs or inspections that might be needed to facilitate a sale, can include a broad range of professionals: plumbers to landscapers to pest inspectors and/or roofers. Also coordinated is the payment of any invoices to vendors providing services.

The coordination of vendors, repairmen, estate sale companies and others is necessary for the timely management of the readying-process. Each situation is different, communication with designated representatives will be timely and thorough.

Leveraging more than 16 successful years in residential real estate, the marketing plan will be customized to drive qualified potential buyers to the home.
