Janet’s training to help seniors find the right place comes from the classroom and from a myriad of real-life experiences. She has helped a number of clients and even her own family with the real estate side of estate planning and administration. She partners with seniors and/or their children/family to down-size or right-size their living environment.
For seniors, knowing all the ins-and-outs of reverse mortgages, the use of pension funds and 401K accounts and IRAs can be daunting at best. Janet’s duty is to protect the financial assets of her clients first and foremost. She leverages her network of financial planners and attorneys who are well-versed in a variety of specialties to help put her clients’ minds at ease by developing a plan. And when it is time to take the next step, Janet has a team of professionals on her side who are ready to help such as qualified contractors, home inspectors, moving companies, attorneys, CPAs and other experts.
